We are committed to safeguarding sensitive data provided during the background screening process and are continuously making improvements to security protocols at both the account and user level. We have recently made changes to our business vetting process to ensure legitimacy before allowing background check results to be viewed which is resulting in higher-than-normal turnaround times. Rest assured, we are working diligently to get back to our general 1-2 business day credentialing process.
In addition, accounts and/or users that we deactivate for inactivity require reactivation through our Client Relations team, for your protection. This is causing longer wait times to speak to call center agents. Please be aware that we are in the process of enhancing our account and user reactivation process to allow you to self-serve without calling into Client Relations to gain access to your account.
